Hana Khatib, who currently leads GroupM Lebanon championing Mindshare, MediaCom and Wavemaker in the market, will further expand her remit by taking on a MENA role as Regional Talent Director for Mindshare.

Khatib, who started her career with the group over 20 years ago, will play the leading role in helping Mindshare MENA create a high-performing cadre of leaders who will in turn attract and nurture the next generation thus creating a virtuous cycle and culture of growth by embedding talent practices and systems that build the depth of skills necessary for Mindshare's continued growth and transformation.

Khatib has built a generation of strong teams both in terms of talent and spirit under her leadership in Levant.
